  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons sea buckthorn

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Healthy Smoothie with Sea Buckthorn and Chia Seeds:



  1. Wash the sea buckthorn well.

  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix for 45-60 seconds.

  3. Pour the juice into the glass and sprinkle with chia seeds.
