Wash the peppers, then place them in the pan and put them in the preheated oven. Bake the peppers, turning them on one side and on the other. After they are baked, we put them in a deep bowl, sprinkle salt on them and cover them with a lid.

After they have cooled, we peel them and cut them into cubes, removing the seeds. We don't throw away the water left by the peppers !!!

Wash the tomatoes and put them in a saucepan, pouring boiled water over them. Leave them for 2-3 minutes, then take them out and peel them. We cut them into cubes or strips.

Finely chopped onion is stewed in a pan with 5 tablespoons of oil. When the onion has softened, add the tomatoes, cover the pan with a lid and let it boil. After the tomatoes have boiled, add the peppers with the water left and let it boil for approx. 10 min. Season to taste with salt.

Serve hot with sour cream and greens.

I wish you good appetite!
